Create your account, add your products, and give each one a product type. Aleph matches product types to the compliance modules it covers, and you choose which modules to turn on.
Each product gets a checklist of the requirements for the regulations you turned on — FSVP, CPSIA/CPC and GCC, Prop 65, MoCRA — each naming the regulation or statute behind it, so you can check it yourself.
Upload certificates and lab reports against the products they cover, record FSVP evaluations and Prop 65 warning decisions, file cosmetics safety substantiation documents for MoCRA, and keep PFAS test reports and supplier statements on the products they cover. Each checklist row shows what is still missing; whether a product complies stays your call.
Aleph emails you a digest when documents you’ve given an expiration date are coming due, and shows upcoming deadlines on your dashboard.
PFAS has no checklist in Aleph. PFAS test reports and supplier statements are uploaded as documents on the products they cover, with the same expiry alerts as any other document.
